DIRECTIONS: Make sure your feet are wet. GENTLY move the file in a circular motion on heels and calluses. Works best if you soak your feet for 10 minutes or more in warm water prior to use.
WARNING: Do not use too much pressure or scrub too hard. Do not go over the same area too many times, as it may remove too much skin and make your feet extremely tender.
